GlobalGo is a data-only service, which means we don’t provide a local phone number for traditional calls or SMS.

However, you can still make calls and send messages using apps such as:

WeChat
LINE
Viber
Skype

These apps work perfectly over our high-speed data connection.

Need to contact a local business or hotel?
Simply ask if they’re available on WhatsApp — many businesses in Indonesia prefer it for communication.

If you’re signing up for ride-hailing apps like Grab, Gojek, InDrive, or AirAsia Ride, you can register using your home country phone number. They’ll send a verification SMS to complete the process.
