You can absolutely use iMessage with your GlobalGo eSIM.
In some cases, after installing your eSIM, you may need to refresh your iMessage settings to ensure everything works smoothly. Here’s how:
Open Settings on your device
Go to Messages
Turn iMessage OFF, then turn it back ON
Tap Send & Receive
Uncheck your phone number and make sure your email address is selected — this allows you to send and receive iMessages using your data connection
If you’d like to switch back to your primary SIM later, simply go to:
Settings > Messages > Send & Receive
Then select your phone number again.
