If your GlobalGo eSIM or SIM card doesn’t work and your device is carrier-unlocked, we’ll issue a refund.
To qualify for a refund:
β Your device must be eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked.
β No part of the data bundle must have been used.
If you experience activation issues, we strongly recommend contacting our Support team first — we’re often able to resolve the issue quickly.
