✔ From your confirmation email:

1. Right after purchasing your GlobalGo eSIM or SIM card, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
2. Inside, you’ll find a button labeled “Top up bundle or check balance.”

1. See how much data you have remaining
2. Top up your plan online anytime

From WhatsApp

Once you arrive in Indonesia and your phone connects to the local network using your GlobalGo eSIM or SIM card, you’ll receive a welcome message via WhatsApp. That message includes a direct link where you can check your balance and top up your plan anytime.

We’ll also send helpful WhatsApp reminders:

✔ When 80% of your data has been used
✔ When your plan is about to expire
